- It does not require an output. You can read an entire ChatGPT-written syllabus, feel informed, and produce nothing. Recognition feels like knowledge and is not. Nothing in the interaction forces the gap between the two into the open.
- Nothing carries forward. Even with memory on, there is no ledger of what you got wrong on day four that reshapes day nine. Tomorrow is whatever you happen to ask for, which is usually the part you already enjoy.
