Delete your account and data

Deleting your account is self-service and takes about a minute:

• Sign in at app.kleus.ai.
• Open Profile.
• Scroll to the Session & account card.
• Click Delete account, then click the confirmation button that replaces it.

That's it. The button asks you to confirm twice on purpose so a stray click can't wipe your account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account we remove your personal data, including:

• your account and sign-in details;
• your profile, goals, and contact preferences;
• your phone number and channel identifiers (Telegram, WhatsApp);
• your plan, chapters, assignments, check-in history, and consistency statistics;
• your messages to the coach and your verification answers;
• any files you uploaded as verification evidence.

If you have a subscription, deleting your account also cancels it and removes your customer record with our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number, so there is nothing on our side to remove there.

What we may keep, and why

We delete your personal data, but a small amount of information may be retained where the law requires it or to protect Kleus:

• Billing and tax records (for example invoices), which Stripe and we are legally required to keep for a set period.
• Aggregate usage and cost records, which are kept as a business record with your user identifier removed so they no longer point back to you.
• Limited data we need to resolve a dispute or prevent abuse, for as long as that is necessary.

Can't access your account?

If you can no longer sign in, or you would rather we handle it for you, email support@kleus.ai from the address on your account and ask us to delete your data. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion for you.
